*You may not copy, mirror, reproduce, deep link, post, cache, reformat, display, copy, repost, transmit, or redistribute any data from this site including HTML, ASP, CGI, JAVASCRIPT or any other web based script code and software. You may also not use our images or images posted by the public. Spider or gather your own data like we did!
*No automatic queries to our search tools! No "deep linking" results or pages either!
*By joining our network, your site will be associated with our network which will increase search engine rankings and make your related webpage (associated with whak.com) easier to find on the top major search engines!
*We try to be fair and we do not discriminate against sex, religion or race. If you feel as though we were not fair to you, contact us and we can see if we can make a special arrangement.
*We are not responsible for the content on our clients pages as data can be easily changed from it's original format without our knowledge, acceptance and/or approval.
*By submitting to our network, your page may be shown on our network in a frame with a sponsor advertisement above/below (unless you are paid advertising with us).
*We may use your public access page's meta tags for displaying information/details about your site (this is how most search engines retrieve public data on the domain) and we may update this information at any time. If you do not want specific data published, please remove certain words/phrases form your meta tags (title, keywords and description that are intended for public information on the page to be shown).
*By submitting to our network, you agree that we may use your page's submitted descriptive information (not private information like email, address, full name) for our services you submitted to.
*Public access pages possibly may not be removed upon request. If a site requires authentication before viewing, then it is not public access and should be removed anyhow.
*Major violations (without your cooperation to fix) to our policies may have your site listed on our violations page.
*Removal of submitted material will require a service charge as "man power", time and resources are required. We also reserve the right to refuse deletion of your submitted ad until expiration date (to avoid full refunds and/or
labor costs).
By posting data (pictures, text, poems, links, and other general data), uploading any type of files, or any type of communication through our server, you are giving us worldwide royalty-free and unrestricted license to whak.com.
*Any sites stealing our data will be fined! Do not fetch our data and make it show up on your site or you can expect to be sued!
You may link to us in a framed page (it is not illegal) or link to us
directly (a redirect to our site is ok too), just don't import our data
to your pages.
*If link was posted to one of our specific search engines (example:
friendlycanadian.com/ontario, a local searcher for a small town area in Ontario, Canada) and is not related
(say you posted a Florida business link to our Ontario, Canada only search
engine), you may be moved to our "spammers" search engine and may require payment to be removed. Make sure you are posting relevant content to specific areas (not all our search engines are specific so please look well).
*We reserve the right to terminate or delete any account if any major offences occur without notice or refund. Minor offences will be reported to you and you will be given a sufficient amount of time to fix the problem before account termination occurs.
*If your submission is deactivated for breaking a major rule, we may list the reason by editing your submission so you know the reason.
*We reserve the right to delete any submitted content we deem unfit or unwanted by the average web surfer.
*We may use your submitted material on our related network other than the site you posted your link to increase your exposure (no extra cost).
*You agree that you will not post bad press about our free service.
*Your submitted page may be cached (mirrored on our web server) for our search services to further search your information. By having a static copy of your code on our server, we can perform other search techniques which will bring you more hits. Also, if your page is temporarily down, people can see the cache of how your page looked before our caching.
Some people find this as stealing their page, but until G00gle is made
to stop, it is 100% legal (it is a free service that allows people to
view your page if your server is down, plus it allows search engines to
cache a full page of keywords to search through, it is proven to do more
good for a business than harm).
